James W. Thorpe

Jim is a contractor and developer with 19 years of experience in custom built homes and townhouse developments. He spent the last 10 years developing multifamily properties. He has completed major renovations for multifamily REIT’s in Virginia Beach, VA and Greenville, NC, which included approximately 800 units, as well as co-developed Stonegate Villas in Lynchburg, VA, an 88 unit EPCON Community now completed and occupied. Jim is a managing partner with NDC and he is currently directing the construction of the following EPCON Communities:

Orchard Villas, Roanoke, VA, 108 Units, under construction.
Stonewall Villas, north Myrtle Beach, SC, 88 Units, starting construction.

Reginald H. Webb

Reggie is a contractor and developer with 32 years of experience in residential construction and development. He has worked in the multifamily industry since 2001 and co-developed Stonegate Villas in Lynchburg, VA, an 88 unit EPCON Community now completed and occupied. Reggie is a managing partner with NDC and he is primarily involved with new site acquisition and support for the construction of the following EPCON Communities:

Waverly (Butch) G. Colgan

Butch was associated with Massey Builders Supply, a Richmond, VA construction material supply company for 20 years. He has worked in the multifamily industry since 2001 and co-developed Stonegate Villas in Lynchburg, VA, an 88 unit EPCON Community now completed and occupied. Butch is a managing partner with NDC and he primarily provides administrative oversight for the following EPCON Communities:

L. Daniel Corso

Dan holds both professional engineer and contractor licenses in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He co-founded an engineering firm in 1974 and served as its President from 1988 until it was merged with another firm. He joined with Reggie Webb in 2004 to develop and build residential properties. Dan is currently an investor with NDC and primarily provides administrative oversight for the following EPCON Communities:

Matthew B. Colgan

Matt works in the office and field as an administrative assistnat to both Dan and Butch. He is currently taking some college courses and will be working on site and in the office on follow up issues.
